Introducing the MMP Game Developers Map!



Here is a handy web app I made to help find MMO game jobs. It is powered by CommunityWalk and Google Maps. This is an open community app that allows anyone to add more MMO development companies to the map as well as add comments about a particular developer. Feel free to contribute!

  • Some readers have emailed to say "Hey what about company X? Don't you love us anymore Thor!"

    I stopped short of filling in all of the MMO companies I know and love to give readers the fun of doing it themselves.

    The CommunityWalk framework makes it painless and easy to add new companies to the map. Just be sure to link to the company's webpage that lists their job openings.

    Just wanted to let your readers know that they'll have to sign up in order to add companies. Hopefully that won't deter too many, but for various reasons I need to have people logged in to the system before I let them add markers, even on someone else's map. Also if they have any problems adding companies to your map they can email me at communitywalk [at] gmail.com and let me know and I'll try to fix any bugs.

  • As of today the map has 19 MMO developers from Arena.net to Wolfpack. If anyone else knows of more feel free to add them yourselves or email me: editor at hardcoded games dot com.
